Due to the new regulations set out by the government, we have had no choice but to alter the way we conduct business, going forward.
In order to comply new social distancing rules and to protect our staff and volunteers, we will be operating on a one in - one out policy
Please press the bell on arrival and a member of staff will come down to greet you.
Masks must be worn.
We have also made changes to the way we operate on a daily basis, please see the following.
If you have any queries or would like further information on the changes, please do not hesitate to give us a call on 01743 246668.
If you wish to donate an item to us, we will require a photograph of the item/s, including fire safety labels on soft furnishings, via email: email@example.com
We will then contact you to arrange collection, where possible.
If you wish to bring an item for donation, direct to the warehouse, call us or fill in our contact form to schedule a time.
See our online shop for any items you may require. You can either purchase online via credit card or Paypal. Alternatively, we can now take payments over the phone.
In certain circumstance, we can offer a cash on delivery service, please call us for more information on 01743 246668
If you would prefer to collect an item yourself, we now offer a click and collect service, where you can collect your items from the back door of our warehouse.
Once you have ordered your item, contact us and we will schedule a pick up time.
Your safety is our top priority, as is the safety of our staff and volunteers.
Therefore, we will only be able to deliver and collect from the front door of your property. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
If you wish to talk to us about our house clearance service, please call us on 01743 246668.
As you can appreciate, our staff and volunteers are working under very difficult circumstances.
In the event that we have to refuse any items of furniture, that decision will be made by the van driver, and his decision is final.
We will not tolerate any abuse, bad language or threats of violence towards our staff.
